At Keshavi Ayurveda, every product is crafted in small, intentional batches with utmost care and devotion. We begin preparing your order soon after it is placed, to ensure it reaches you fresh and full of its natural potency.
We understand that circumstances can change, and we will do our best to assist you with a cancellation request, provided the following conditions are met:
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been packed or shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled.
How to Request Cancellation:- • Email us at care@keshaviayurveda.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- • Alternatively, call or WhatsApp our customer care number listed on the website.
Refund on Cancellation:- • If your cancellation is approved within the allowed timeframe, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- • For international orders, bank processing timelines may vary.
Exceptions:- • Customised or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- • Orders placed during promotional sales, discounts, or special offers are not eligible for cancellation after payment is processed.
