We understand that circumstances can change, and we will do our best to assist you with a cancellation request, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been packed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled.

  • How to Request Cancellation:

  • • Alternatively, call or WhatsApp our customer care number listed on the website.

  • Refund on Cancellation:
  • • If your cancellation is approved within the allowed timeframe, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • • For international orders, bank processing timelines may vary.

  • Exceptions:
  • • Customised or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
  • • Orders placed during promotional sales, discounts, or special offers are not eligible for cancellation after payment is processed.
