Absolutely. The photographs on our website feature the exact Keshavi Ayurveda oils and packaging you will receive. Because our blends are handcrafted in small, intentional batches using pure, seasonal ingredients, the colour or aroma may vary slightly — this is a natural sign of authenticity, not inconsistency. The formulation, quality, and ritual value remain exactly as described.
You will automatically receive two confirmations after placing an order:
1. A payment receipt from Razorpay with transaction details.
2. An order confirmation email from Keshavi Ayurveda, including your order summary and a tracking link (once your package is dispatched).
If you have an account with us, you can also log in at any time to view or download your past receipts.
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@keshaviayurveda.com with your order number and photographs. Our team will arrange for a refund or replacement as per our Refund & Return Policy.
